This is the latest outlook for the next four weeks from the Japanese Met Agency the JMA. It is not meant to be a forecast but a general outlook. I have added the 3 images together and rotated them and added a red line so you can see the UK. Blue colours are low pressure area’s and oranges high pressure area’s.
Week 1, 21st March to 27th.
High pressure ridge is located over the UK. It looks like remaining in control bringing mostly a dry period with temperature around 1 or 2 degrees above average for the end of March.
Week 2, 28th March to 3rd April.
Again high pressure is still in control of our weather bringing mainly a dry period. Temperatures will be close to slightly below average for early April because of an easterly airflow.
Week 3-4, 4th to 17th April.
It looks like there will be little change from the previous week. This two week period still looks like high pressure will bring settled condition maybe temperature will still be a little cooler than you would expect for the first half of April.
