This is the outlook for the next four weeks using the JMA issued by the Japanese Met Agency. This is just one model the JMA but followers will know that I normally publish it every Thursday or Friday. I have added the three images together and I have rotated them and added a red line so you can see the UK. Blue colours are low pressure areas and orange’s colours are high pressure areas.

Week 1, 7th June to 13th.

Low pressure to the South of the UK and high pressure to the North-east of the UK around the North sea and lower parts of Scandinavia. This period looks like temperatures will be 1 or 2 degrees above average for early June, with rainfall maybe just slightly above average.

Week 2 14th June to 20th.

High pressure over the southern parts of the England just extending to the midlands and low pressure situated to the North of Scotland. Again temperatures will be 1 or 2 degrees above average and rainfall around average, except for Scotland which will have above average rainfall, being quite wet.

Week 3-4 21st June to 4th July.

This is a two week period, I think we will see mostly lower pressure around the UK bringing rainfall above average for the end of June early July, so it will be quite showery with periods of rain Temperatures look like being 1 or 2 degrees above average.
