Earlier this week I wrote about the possibility of a colder snap early April, this is now looking unlikely. The high pressure ridge that looked like it would be building over the Atlantic is now looking like it will be closer to the UK and this will push the colder temperatures over Scandinavia and central Europe. We will have a couple of cooler days Sunday and Monday next week then temperatures will recover to be around average for early April. I will continue to watch this period for any changes.
