This is a general outlook from the GFS, this graph shows the temperature at 1,500 metre 850 hpa and the bottom of the graph is precipitation. The thick red line is the 30 year average temperature. All the thin coloured lines are different members. So you can see the lines are close together to start off with meaning there is some agreement in the outlook. Then there is quite a spread in the lines towards the end of the month and into December, this means confidence is low on what the temperature will be, some members go for very cold and some very mild.
So we can see towards the end of the week and into the weekend the temperature will rise becoming milder, but you can see we will start to see some rain will move into the area from around the 21st/22nd onwards for the rest of the month.
